Tone Settings reset every time after engine start??

I have a X1 2013 (E84) xdrive20d (Asian build)

I have set up the tone settings for my pleasure listening (bass/treble/fader etc) Once the engine is switched off, then restart the engine again, the settings are gone and all self reset.. On the other hand I have saved the songs on internal hard drive. The playback doesnt start at the place where it left. That also resets agin

Seeking advise from Sifu's in the group to solve this issue
