Headlamp Adjustment from UK to EU

Hey folks, newbie here...

We own a 2011 xdrive 20d that has been my wife's car since we bought it in late 2014. We're moving to Finland from the UK permanently later this year, and as the X1 has been so reliable (and underused with less than 50k miles) I'd like to take it with us as our 2nd car (my car), despite it being RHD.

Generally, UK cars going to Finland permanently require three things... extra rims for studded snow tires, an engine block heater and an adjustment to the lights to reverse the bias from left to right.

Can anyone advise how best to go about the headlight fix? I don't see this as an option in the standard menu in "iDrive". The user manual tells me that I can get adhesive "light benders" from my service center. That's an OK temporary fix, but as I'm going to live in Finland permanently, I believe the authorities there will want to see a permanent solution.

I've seen a post on the E90 forums that shows a lever on the headlamp that changes the light pattern. If you search there you should find it.
