Canadian X1 Users: how to know current speed in MPH?
For Canadian users, how exactly do you display your current speed in MPH?
Went to the States last weekend and was never able to figure it out. iDrive system can change the average fuel consumption as long as odometer from km to miles but I never figured out to display current speed in imperial... |

I can't find it in my manual either.
I swear there was a solution in my 335... Did you check under SETTINGS - Units I think you can put MPH there and then when you use cruise control it shows you the speed in MPH. The best solution as I told you the other day is to get your X1 coded so you have the option "V =" menu (in the space where you see mileage remaining and average consumption). With units set to MPH and the V= menu you would be satisfied 100%. Obviously BMW won't do this but the guys at www.bimmerretrofit.com (who are in Chateauguay!) can do it |
