X1 e84 m3 series uncomfortable seat fix!?!!

Hey guys, so I’ve realized that the driver seat is extremely extremely uncomfortable. I feel like I’ve done everything in my power to fix it. I don’t have back trouble and I’m not old. Ive never experienced so much pain after about 40 mins of driving. Seems like this is a common issue. Anyone have any suggestions that could help?? I’ve even tried deflating the lunmbat support; adjusting all buttons. It seems that the seat is at a permanent slant and slightly pushes my lower legs up and not a a true 90 degree angle. I’m even considering just taking the whole seat completely off. All feedback would be greatly appreciated

Lots of options. E90, f30/f80, and I'm fairly certain g series can all be swapped in. Takes some time and know how.
