Greasing the car
Hi there everyone
I've been trying to search for sources about lubricating the joints and bearings of an X1 2013. However it seems unlikely that there is not maintenance when it comes to moving parts, neither in the undercarriage nor the other moving parts. But so far I haven't been able to find anything that describes where to do lubricating maintenance on an X1. I haven't looked specifically for greasefittings yet because I wanted to find a manual that describes the process and get an overview of where to lubricate. Have anyone carried out maintenance on their car this way and where did you do it? |

As far as I know there are no lubrication points, all parts like ball joints and bearings are sealed and have been greased at the factory. You just replace them when they go bad.

Are you experiencing noise from down there? You can always try to lubricate the rubber bushings. Youtube has lots of videos to show you how and where.
