Brand new OEM M wheels and tires(winter)

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 2,200.00

Location:
✓ Will Ship

Item Interest
I have this set of brand new OEM M wheels, the style # I don't know. I changed my mind about mounting them, they're really too nice for winter in nyc. The tires still have the paint on the treads, these have never even been mounted to a car. The tires are Bridgestone Blizzak LM-001 in 225/50R18 RUNFLAT, with the TPMS sensors. The rims are 18x7.5, square setup. The tires are performance type snow tires, similar to the sottozero or wintersport lines of tires. I will ship, for 2,300 plus shipping.... I'd have to walk each rim one at a time to the post office.
If anyone knows the style # of these rims, lmk. thanks for looking

For anyone interested:

These are a bit too big for perfect fitment on a 2013-2015 X1, but they are factory fitment for the 2016+ X1. I think the wheels are intended for the F48 X1 as well.

(E84 stock size is 225/45-18 for square setups, F48 is 225/50-18)

FWIW These wheels are for a F48. However, for an E84 I am not sure the height would an issue but the offset could well be.

The E84 225/45-18 square setup which has 8" wheels has an offset of 30mm. Whereas the F48 is 225/50-18 square setup which has 7.5" wheels has an offset of 52mm. So these wheels are going to be moved inward 16mm.

+1

Tire size itself will work no problem, but you'll need at least an 18mm spacer on the fronts for E84 fitment.

I have 235/50/18's on my stock 18x8 ET30 fronts and I'm stock height. No spacer but barely (but safely) clears.

Edit: forgot the F48 center bore is 66.6. These wont work on an E84 without adapters anyway

Actually, they turned out to be the wrong bore size for the 3 series, which I thought they would fit. So although I sold them, the new owner is probably looking to sell them. He's in CT. contact me if you want them, I'm sure he would let them go for 1600 because that's what I sold them for. I do feel bad for him, that's why im still advertising it. It really was my fault.

Strut spring clearance is fine, but the fronts intermittently rub the inner fender liner at low speed turns (on awkward inclines like driveways where they meet the street). What I find curious is it doesn't do it all the time, and even when it does, its a gentler graze.

My E90 was pretty slammed so I can recognize bad rubbing when its there, this is minuscule and barely worth mentioning rubbing.

OP - you really should have told him about the CB. If you haven't already, notify him that the E-series lugs are not designed to work on those wheels either. He should ideally only install them on an F-series car or E70 X5 for that to work. They have a slightly larger lug.
