Harmonic Damper wobble

Hi guys,

I have a 2015 X1 and my independent shop informed me that my harmonic damper had a slight wobble to it. Compared to every other pulley in my engine bay they are all straight and smooth except for the harmonic damper. Ignore the squeaking (steering wheel all the way left or right and it made this sound), remedied by replacing the 2 belts.

I had the issue checked by my BMW dealership during my oil change and it was noted that "the damper pulley is more wobbly on the n20 engine with power steering then n20 with electric power steering" aka the wobble is normal.

Dealer says normal.
Independent shop (trusted) says it shouldn't wobble.

Can I get some opinion on this, maybe you guys can let me know if yours is straight and balanced or if you have a slight wobble. My concern is that I have a 4 year warranty on this car and the engine was repaired by BMW (timing chain broke and valve cover crack) and if it was not replaced properly I may see this becoming worse by the time my warranty is out! or something catastrophic in the medium term.

Let me know!

Thanks
