Don't know why this rotated this way, but does this by chance belong to anyone here?

I'm out here for work every month or so and noticed it on my walk back to the hotel the other day. I saw it again today when I went out for a lunchtime walk.

Given the license plate I figured there was a fair chance this would be someone that frequents one of the forums.
