Hi! I'm looking to buy a 2013 X1 28i xdrive for my daughter, she is 16 and won't be doing many miles. It has 126k miles, got it down to $6500. Anything that I should be looking for? Is it a good deal? I checked the usual valve cover and oil gaskets and they're fine, timing chain is tight. Not sure if there's anything else.

Doesn't sound like a particularly good or bad deal for an X1 with that many miles.

My advice would be to get a pre-purchase inspection. Some mechanics will come to wherever the car is if that's needed. It's the only way to really know what you're buying, imo. i wouldn't use one for a 41,200 vehicle, but I would for a $6,500 vehicle.
