Tell her you know a chick who's father-in-law bought a brand new chainsaw today and cut her hair. That sentence will keep her busy for long enough that she won't be haunting you and if she tries to skip the bj and steaks day, remind her of that again.

This is where you should initiate a conversation with her and explain how you feel. At this point if what you are doing is causing issues for you and she isn't in a place where she can commit, then you should stop. Never put yourself at risk for someone else if it causes you mental instability.

She seemed to enjoy doing other things, but it's been off the table for a while now. I think she's in some sort of moral fight with herself or she's crazy. Either way, I can't keep being a girlfriend with a penis.

Valid. You can't waste your life waiting on possibilities. It either is or it isn't. No amount of waiting will change that and you have better things to do.
