US Release
Since the US release is the technically the LCI, do you think that in 3 years, it will completely be redesigned I am considering the X1, but not if they are going to redesign the car in 3 years. I would like to expect the design to last at least 5 years. I'll admit it is very tempting to get a 28i relatively loaded for under 40k. Any input would be appreciated.

Probably will run 7 years. The last X3 ran 2004 thru 2010 which is actually 7 years. If your actually worried about 3-4 years down the line then just lease one.
