Door doesnt close easily after door seal replaced

Just had my door seal replaced on my 2015 X1 E84 after it being deteriorated.
Now the door has to be slammed in order for it to close. Its been 2 months now. I am not sure what to adjust the lock on the door or the latch on the body. Any insight is much appreciated.
