Ok, i'll try just a one time rinse. I used to rinse it until no white water would come out. Maybe too much. I've gone back and forth and definitely like without rising more than pressure washed.

If you're really lazy, get a colander with a fine mesh and a bowl that the colander can fit into. Fill, do the hocus pocus, then just pull out.

It's not lazy, i have a fine mesh bowl and used to rinse throughly. But the one time i didn't, to save time, i liked the rice better. So i stopped. Went back and forth a few times and still like it "dirty", so to speak.
