Can we Talk about How Ridiculous the BMW Brake Sensor Is?

I have had my 335i for 5 years now. The rear pads have always said they needed to be replaced in 3,000 or so miles. 43,000 miles later and it still says the same thing.

For judder, I imagine one could sand or rough up rotor or just put new cheap ceramics on.

I put car up for 3 months and have to wear rust off everytime, so there's my surface roughness.
