Water on floor passenger side

All of the sudden when it rains getting water accumulating on the floor passenger side front, and then spills over into the back. Any thoughts? Research says it could be the sunroof drains clogged, and I need to open the front wheel wells and clean out the tubes.

I had a similar issue, but on the driver side footwell it turned out my sunroof drains was the issue.I also would check the seal around the sunroof mine unfortunately had to be replaced.

I don’t know the layout of the E84, but just recently had this issue in my Lexus. In the Lexus there is an A/C condensation tube that runs through a hole in the cabin floor, draining to the outside. It had somehow pulled back through the hole and was draining into the cabin. Similar issue with another car years ago. Pull back the carpet, front left passenger side. Just an idea...

So I taped up the sunroof, still got water. Then I realized had windshield replaced about 3 years ago. So ran some black duct tape across the bottom of the windshield under the sil, and next rain storm, no water. Ill add some silicone sealant when I find the time, and put new tape on. Its not visible from outside, so all good.

146K and still running like new!!!
