Be interesting to hear your views on the X1. My wife thinks its OK, likes the power, but prefers the mini around town. She is quite short so struggles to reach the rear tailgate to close it. They should have a powered option on this.

The X1 is not really much taller than my Mk1 Ford Focus!

There is a wee bit of a difference. Focus is 1497mm and the X1 is 1545mm. Does not sound like much but is a fair bit. Problem is that my wife is quite petite (she is going to like that ) at only 1.53m so you can see the problem The tailgate goes up quite high.
