E84 x1 switched out front turn signals to LED issue
So I switched out the front turn signal bulbs to LED. I disabled the bulb checks using protool. For some reason my passenger side will flicker after it warms up from being on a while. The drivers side seems fine. I've replaced the bulb twice now. Seems to keep doing it. Any ideas on a solution, other than putting incandescent bulbs back in?
I've wondered about adding a capacitor to the bulb. But idk if that would solve the issue or not. |

I wonder if you have a bad connection somewhere in the harness? If so, you may not notice with incandescent bulbs, as the filament may stay glowing hot when power cuts briefly vs. LED which would be pretty much instantaneous on/off. Hopefully it's just a bad led bulb and the new one you ordered will fix it.

Jpriami, which brand bulb are you using? Cheap Amazon/auto part store LED bulbs have a tendency to flicker. I recommend getting Philips and Osram, will run you ~$100 to replace all bulbs (turn/reverse/brake) but IMO worth it.
