2015 BMW X1 Power Steering Pump
I had a serpentine belt break on my 2015 X1 and after replacing the belt, I have no power steering now. I understand it to be electric and found fuses #5 and 75 to be good and there was no fuse in another listed spot when researching for possible causes. It was working fine before the belt broke. Any suggestions for locating the power steering pump and what might have happened to my car? Thanks

The N20 should have two belts, one for the alternator and AC and a separate belt for power steering. N55 only has one belt. If you have N20 and only replaced the alt/AC belt without replacing the PS belt, that's your cause. |
