Best option is ISTA+, it has the shop manual built in. The list for torque specs would be miles long, but you can search in ista for each individual procedure.
For certain procedures, it will the the same/similar to an E90, so if you are doing suspension for instance, find a DIY on an e90 x-drive. For engine work, look for pre-lci F30 for the N20 or late e90 for the n55 engine.
