Xdrive and staggered wheels
Hi, just got a 20d xdrive and looking at wheels but been told its a bit of a nightmare as the xdrive will play up , is there a fix or work around as looking at some x5 132 style rims , cheers kev

Staggered doesn't matter. It's tire diameter. I have 18x9.5 with 245/45 front and 275/40 rear, almost identical rolling diameter. Bmw official says under 2% front to rear variance.
If you aren't tracking, though, 245 or 255 square is better, if you get non directional tires you can rotate properly https://www.tacomaworld.com/tirecalc...5r18-255-40r18 |

Staggered here. As long as your rolling circumference is 2% or less front to back you will be fine.
I'm running 235/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear and have zero issues as they are identical in circumference
