Hood Gap
Just want to know from fellow X1-ers what is the gap of your hood to front bumper?
Not sure if it is all in my head, but mine's seem larger than it should.... maybe about 5-7mm wide. The front bumper is aligned and feels solid. The gap b/t it and the front quarters are closer. If you have photos that would be great! Next step is to stalk X1s at public parkings. |

Just turn your rubber hood dingus thingies a few turns, that will lower your hood.
Just make sure it is still even up and down with your fenders because that will look worse than the gap between the bumper. |

Thank you Islandtimes for images. Looks like the gap is similar. Nevertheless I will checkout the rubber hood dingus thingamajig. |

I played around with the rubber hood dingus and that didn't make a difference.
Wonder if that gap is to suck air in to cool down the hood. It's just odd because everywhere else the gaps are reasonably close. |
