The sweat comment was more a figure of speech than anything, but I'm glad you don't have them anymore!


It's so interesting how these things (keto, paleo) work. Like a couple chocolate chip cookies (approx. 300 calories) combined with my watermelon (hehe) pre-weights formula literally turn me into a machine for the next hour. But I know my body probably endures a lot more stress than most in the gym over a period of time, so it makes sense.

Bro...I love carbs. So it was like weaning off a crackhead.

On lifting days, I add 1/2 a banana to my dymatize protein shake made with almond milk. Makes an enormous difference for endurance.
