We do. Your sales advisor can use the system to see what status (number) your car is in. You can get the build week and once it is in production, you can get the VIN number which you then use to track the ship at sea once it has left the port. You can even follow it by rail on CN and then by the trucking company. Just search the threads in the 3 series forums.

Just received an email form our SA that our vehicle has reach status 190 & was handed over to sales. How much longer does it usually take from this point on, until the vehicle is delivered to the dealership?
