Getting ready for old man winter
Getting the car ready for storage. I have about 3k miles on it now, will be indoors, would it be worth while to get the oil changed? I do plan on driving it about 2 hrs a month for the next 3 until spring comes back; weather permitting of course. What do you think, oil change now or wait until spring?

Just asked the mechanic at my local indy shop the same question (Motorwerks West ) . I have 7200 miles and am planning on changing oil every 7500 miles. I am storing the car over the winter. He suggested storing the car as is and changing the oil in the spring when I want to drive it.
