I Hope - Dixie Chicks
Up until now, my personal "rules" for myself have been 1) if the song currently playing on the shuffler fits, post it; 2) If not, post a song that a) is actually on the shuffler so it's a good song, and b) is not by the Beatles, the Stones, etc. (even though they are well represented on the shuffler, just trying to bring a little variety); and c) try not to repeat a song I've already posted. Well, after 6 months or so of participating in this thread I can't remember which ones I've posted and which I haven't so I thought it might be a fun challenge (or might become a PITA - we'll see) to actually keep track of the songs I post and see how many I can post without repeating myself. So nothing before "I Hope" counts, and I'm counting that as post 1 for this purpose. I will stick with my Rule 1 and my Rule 2a, but I will abandon my Rule 2b as I will need the Beatles etc to try and get a nice long list. I try to mix it up a lot, too - not go down the same road. Sometimes I try to go on a string with the same artist, or might repeat a song if I feel others here really need to hear it!

I have no rules, but I try to post different songs. There are many songs posted here and a song will probably get posted more than once. As far as The Beatles go, they are my favorite group and I try to post them whenever I can.
