BMW do have pricing, it just doesn't seem to have been made public yet. The xDrive23d is approx 60K incl GST.
Best thing is no Luxury car tax due to the average fuel consumption being under 7 L/100km! Last edited by frayedsheet; 12-30-2009 at 07:45 PM.. |

just spoke to dealer today and they are taking orders. they have all pricing and options in the system. ballpark figure for well-specced X1-23d (sunroof, heated seats, sat nav etc..) is to be around $75k. because both models are under 7L/100km fuel consumption, they are excempt from LCT. don't expect delivery for another 6 months though!

X1 Pricing
Here is the X1 pricing from my dealer (attached). What do you think is a reasonable discount that can be achieved from the dealer?

Even though Portugal is part of the EU, each government can decided what sort of taxes they impose. Portugal has very high taxes on cars, one of the most, if not the most, expensive places to buy a car within the EU. If you add that to the fact that the average Portuguese salary is one of the lowest in the EU....you have an extremely pissed of nation....but what else is new?
