Looks like an X5 to me...and I am also thinking it is a high performance variant due to the wheels and also it seems to be sitting a little lower...we will see.

yea you might be right, X1 has more boxy exterior (from what i have seen in the spy shots) and this looks more like M X5. if this is X1 bmw has gone crazy and started copying there own models.

BMW said they cancelled the e92 CSL so they can make M variants of their X vehicles.

Looks to me like an X5 with a shortened wheelbase...
Would be nice though if it was the X1 concept, because it looks really very pretty and sporty, but I'm afraid it's not. Btw, this is a spyshot of the X1, just to compare: |

Looks a bit too much like this don't you think?
Just a bit stretched, the wheels put more together, the colour of the picture made yellow because the concept showed in Paris will also be yellow, made it a bit blurrier and added some shadows so the bumpers aren't really visible anymore, put some other wheels on it, etc... |

My vote is for an X5L (long wheelbase version with seating for 7)... nothing to substantiate that, though.

Long wheel base?
To me it looks shorter. Look at the length of the rear door. And also the c-pillar seems to be thinner. Anyway, it looks very much like an X5 but the proportions (especially the length of the front door compared to the length of the rear door) are definately different. |
