It was pretty much a FBO no issues at all, I got rid of it a while back. It was a lot of fun

As a first time E84 owner, just (took a few days) read through this thread and I greatly appreciate all the input!
I'm about to pull the trigger on KW V1's and just curious if anyone has found any sites with slight discounts? Seem to be $1449 across the board, which I am fine with but always looking to same a few $$ if possible. Also, seems the jury is not unanimous on whether new adjustable control arms are needed and some have mentioned new bushings (I am planning on going low enough to eliminate wheel gap without having rubbing issues)... Last question from this newbie for anyone who has done KW V1's; do you have a complete suggested list of parts needed to do the job? Thank you! |

I plan to lower mine and based on this thread there are really no issues including axle geometry, awd, etc. Thanks

I'm not sure what drop to do on the kw v1s. I am on stock 18s. I don't want to be slammed but I want it to look good and also function as a practical daily in the winter. I'm trying to get better than m sport handling and ideally improve ride comfort at the same time. It feels like I'm asking too much of the kw v1 but that seems to be how people describe it.
