New Teasers including dashboard!!
This whole concept of putting out teasers for a car that we already know what it looks like is beyond me. Regardless, BMW is intent on putting out teaser after teaser. The car itself is beautiful and I hope this marketing strategy works to make this car a sales success.

i can't take this car serious..
that's an interesting hood with use of shadow lines or kink... whatever it's called redline under 5000rpm... wtf... this is a joke.. but that's what u get for the money... bmw is simply trying to get the economy buyers... thats all.. the 1 series and x1 are the new family for the youngin's and economny people............. not much to live up to the badge, but it will get them sales and they hope to push the 3 series a bit more (i think) especially as they make it bigger.. |

Like the X1, apparantley it drives good as well. Those teaser photos are starting to irritate me though, especially bcs my gfriend is interested in the car and all I can show her is the puzzle pieces of a car or one beach photo that is out of focus.

you guys look a bit retarded commenting like this considering it's a X1 2l diesel engine. (last rant takes the cake). But I guess no experience in US with diesel cars and concept of diesel engine unless you own some big truck so it's understandable. but still...

These "economic" cars are hot in some countries cause of taxes ... not because we like to buy expensive cars for their greenlyness... The reason they even downtune their 2liters for lets say the 318d is fiscal horsepowers ... the more you have, the more you pay each year, it sucks But i guess US citizens can't really relate to it, coz they have the beauty of cheap V8's or atleast 6cylinder engines everyyyywheree |

"The 123d has a 4700 RPM " Wrong i'm afriad. the 123d has a redline of 5000rpm and i get very close to hitting it every day, granted by then its ran out of puff though even with a remap.
The 1 series is an entry level bm but until this came along so was the 3 series........ |
