Who's Installed Their Own Remote Car Starter
If theres ones thing I miss coming into my BMW, besides the tinted winows, it's my remote car starter.
The one I removed out of my last car isn't set up for push button. So here it is, have any of you installed your own? Which brand did you use? What bypass module for the push button did you buy? I don't want to spend $500 to have one installed, when I can source them myself and spend ~$300. |

I know just what you mean, I can't go without one either.
I picked up a pretty good value one (sorry I can't remember the price exactly) from a brand called Bulldog. It's a security remote starter with an integrated bypass module, so I had basically everything I needed right out the box. Plus, I came across some special offers on AutoZone orders (an auto parts store), so I saved some money there too. If you're comfortable doing it yourself, have a look: https://www.couponbox.com/coupons/autozone |

Installing a remote stater is like advertising "Hey come ans steal my car" As soon as you bypass the car ignition security integrated in the keyfob, your car is at risk!
