Exclamation Engine start noise

Hi all, wife's X1 ocasionally has a rough start and a slight bang noise that resonates into the steering column. At the dealership they said it could be worn-out engine blocks and they have replaced them, but this did not fix the issue. They said that it is likely due to the car being a 3 cylinder. Any throughts or ideas? See the video (turn up the sound):

Not sure what X1 version you have, but I thought that the all have 4 cylinders... But upon listening to the clip you sent, I had an audi A6() once that was making a similar noise when starting the car, and after a while the timing chain tensioner broke and made the the chain skip and destroyed all my valves... These chains are technically maintenance free but the tensioners have a plastic cover that can crack and break...

Might not be as serious as this, but worth asking about this at the shop.

Had a similar issue when I had a torque aggressive tune. It went away when I got a better tune. Maybe software/update issue?

Thank you all. Actually it was the rear silent block (the rubber thing was loose). When standing down hill, it got pushed in, there was a small gap and when we started the car it rattled and banged as it got pushed back into place
