Yeah I mean our fuel over here is fine from Shell / BP but can get horrible cheap stuff from supermarkets, but its actually only about 5p cheaper than the good stuff.
Can also get the more expensive stuff which as more additives in which I may start doing 1 tank a month of to try clear out the system, just don't think it's worth it in a diesel.
But didn't think of it helping to clean the DPF..
