No, you will have to check the width of the rim too.
going 7.5" with 43mm will have less clearance on the strut side by 9mm.
going 8" with 43mm will have less clearance on the strut side by 15mm

I went with 8" wide with 35mm, i can tell you my winter tire is nearly buffing the strut... i would say by a mere 7mm.

So you better check that by fitting the rim before you buy.
