They just want you to address all active indicators at the same time. Each dealership is different though so maybe they set goals for their service department and he is working to meet those goals? If that was your experience I would bring it up with the service manager and let them know that at this point that experience has made you not want to service your car there in the future. I would be willing to bet that they would get you taken care of.
