The service rep told me that the oil change comes with "multiple other service related items" and that they wouldn't reset the oil service light. This guy was a complete D-Bag..... Maybe he was having a bad day, but it definitely gave me a bad experience with BMW service. I hate dealer service departments in general, but this one was the worst I have been to yet.
