How to detach two hoses onto engine cover
Does anyone know how to detach the two plastic rings holding the hoses crossing over the engine cover? (please check the attached picture)
I was trying pulling up the plastic rings hard several times, but I ended up stopping it because I felt they would be broke.
I am new to DIY things under the hood and this was the last step before removing engine cover. There's nothing mentioning about these hoses in DIY manual in newTIS.info though.
My car is E84 X1 s28i.
