I usually leave the cart next to the isle i need to go down without blocking isle, move to the side if someone is going by with cart.
i just move to the side, let the person pass. Not worthing getting into arguement if you bump into someone.

When I encounter a shopping cart left in the center of the isle...... it gets moved to the end of the isle. Unless there's a kid left in it. If there's a kid left in it, they get a candy bar.....
