Retiring soon @ 40, my income from my rental properties is fine for me
I'm not like some people that have/want acres and acres of land in Tennessee or vehicle lifts in my personal garage...
I still go to Costco, wife is fine with TJ max and Nordstrom Rack, we go out to dinner 3 or 4 times a week

I totally plan to downsize at some point, so enjoying some more expensive toys etc now. I’ll probably wind up with one EV and maybe a cheap old truck for hauling junk around. I am working to have a small house in the boonies paid for so hopefully when ready. I just have to pay taxes, utilities and for other basic necessities.
