Unhappy Vacuum Issues causing Check Engine Light

Hey guys, I need some help here.

I was messing around under the hood and ripped the engine cover off and cracked one of the vacuum connectors. Recently when I've been hitting a big bump the check engine light comes on and the car goes in safe mode. When I shut the car off and on, the light goes away and the car drives normal until the next bump. I brought to the local car shop and the check engine light came back being the vacuum seal issue and a possibly turbo coolant issue? What can I do about the cracked vacuum connector and my check engine light issue? I can not find anything that connects to the vacuum seal connector, I don't know if I can seal it or have to buy the piece with the barcode on it.

The top photo is off the internet, the bottom one if my car. Please help.
