Just bought a 2014 X1 with only 13,500 miles. Bought from a BMW dealer, also spoke with previous owner, never any problems plus I have service history. I am retired and only drive about 4,000 miles a year, I would like to keep the car for 5 years. Should I look into getting an extended warranty or service contract ? Manual says 15k mile/24 month oil change. I plan on 12-14 months or 4k-7k miles.
