I would suspect that yes, the basics of the eTron/Taycan are much closer to the ID3 than the Rimac. One is a $2M car with 1940hp from Croatia, the others are all regular production cars from VW.

Rimac might be surprised to know that they're already building cars as a story from yesterday mentions their first car:

Rimac says that the first production version is set to be shown off at Geneva in early 2020, but they really haven't decided on a name yet.

I suppose you meant the 10 total Concept S cars? I suppose that's something, but it doesn't sound like the Concept 2 powertrain is closely related or that Rimac has any intent of making an 11th.
