Some brands vary a little. I went with 245-40/19 FR, and 275-35/19 rear, and they were within .1" with the rears being smaller in diameter. Seems fine.
Most of these cars will be lease returns, so you probably don't need to worry about the diff. Stupid me, paid cash, and will either have a future money pit, or trade-in.
