Just want to share my DIY and installation of my LCD Screen.
Please see information below:
X1 2015 E84 XDrive 28I with Nol LCD Screen
Anti Reflection LCD Screen Android 8.1 from 4X4 ca
Accessories: Apple Car Play Built In (No dongle needed)
OBD2 Wifi
USB Extension
Universal Back-up Camera (Free part of package 60$)
Total Spending: $649.92

Installation:
Followed 4X4 Youtube Video for X1
Routed USB Carplay to glove box
2 EXT USB routed to hand breake area
Result:
No Code error ; all running ok with Carplay and voice interface/siri
Issue:
Car Dash Board is showing actual temp in C but unit showing is
Fahrenheit
Note: 4X4CA stated they are checking MCU Version to correct
