Thanks for the reply. I do all the maintenance on my F-150 and Land Cruiser myself, so I'm pretty familiar with the routine service work. I'm just planning on taking care of it all myself, especially with how rude and hard to deal with this service shop was.
I just can't believe people willingly pay 300-400 for an oil change, but if people are paying it I can understand how the dealership can get away with it.
