The actual steering wheel will work. If you don't have a similar airbag you need to get one. You can use 3er, 1er, X1 or Z4 steering wheels. However I believe the multifunction control is trickier and requires a few more things. In the US all cars come standard with multifunction so I'm sorry but I couldn't help you with that part of the retrofit.
