I really do hope the budget cap helps even out the playing field. But from some of the comments I have been reading from the ones in the sport, the budget cap may not actually change all that much. Hence my rather pessimistic outlook on McLarens future success.
That being said, I cant wait to see the new aero regs and budget cap to come into effect. Something needs to change in F1, hopefully these will be the changes that F1 needs
