I'll take pix of the CAN A/CAN B connections. And lastly, don't know this all related but I always get the NO SIGNAL screen when I power up before it syncs up with CarPlay. That's not a big deal, just curious though.

Odd symptoms that I personally never had during my install or after installation. Let me know if you are still having any issues and I can take some screenshots of my administrator setting in the menu... Those setting might be able to help you a bit!
