Not a lot of options out there. In your shoes I'd try the CT4V Blackwing as well. It's probably quite similar to the CT5, but different enough to warrant a try - smaller, lighter, turbo V6 over super V8.
If a 2 door 2+2 like the M2 is an option, I would have a look at the top trim Mustang and Camaro as well, perhaps even the ZL1 (yes, same engine as the CT5, but wraped in a more sporty package). The Camaro is only used, the Mustang can be had new for the new generation or used for the previous generation (and still be 2023 and newer).

M2 vs Ctv4 is a no brainer for me, M2 any day looks and a bmw inline motorsport six, its the v8 in the Ctv5 that has me thinking
