You need to have a wet towel and a dry towel. The wet towel is the one we use with our glass cleaner and we wipe the excess off with it. After that, use the dry towel to buff the window clean and streak free.
We used to not have this problem as much when we all used paper towels because they'd get wet, fall apart, and we'd get a new dry one lol.
