All valid points and I am surprised admin is refusing to provide clarity on how to enable PM functionality. I guess admin is hoping to see people contributing and sharing their thoughts on the forum before rewarding them with the PM access. On other hand not everyone is tech savvy enough to be able to contribute on multiple topics.
